This was an interesting read. It was the first I have read from this series and thankfully you don't have to read the others to understand this series. That being said the beginning I was scrambling to play catch up on who and what everyone was but once I figured it all out it made total sense and wasn't an issue to keep up with. The characters fought in life and death situations and fight for survival. The writing is amazing and kept me wondering what was next in this story and with them. I loved the different planning and the powers some people have. The writing was face paced and fun to read. Jan did an amazing job at holding my attention and making me want to be a part of this story.

I didn't know what I was getting into with this story. I ended up really enjoying it. It is a Dark erotica for sure and a short story but if you enjoy those two things I highly recommend it. It has darkness, intrique and so many things that leave you curious to know what is next. It was an easy read and the characters were interesting.

gyser cup

This cup is amazing. The ice stays cold for over 14 hours, the water stays cold once the ice has melted and it is an awesome cup. The size is wonderful also, it helps promote me to drinking a whole lot water then I normally do. The only issue I have with this cup is the top. I would perfer that the top closes somehow but it's not a major issue. I have 5 kids and having a way to close the spout part is so helpful incase someone knocks it over. Overall though this cup is wonderful and my kids love to drink out of it also because the water is always cold. It has been an amazing thing for my household and I am so glad I got it for a discounted price for review.

This was an amazing emotional rollercoaster. The beginning started as a "wow.. yum" and then turned sad and I was like awww... From there I felt for O and for Lena. This is definitely a sexual story so if you aren't into f/f with lots of sex don't bother to read this story. I really enjoyed it though. The complicity of the characters, the sadeness, the love, the sex, all of it was wonderful. The writing was superb and had a lot of action and intrigue involved in it.

gold balloons

These are an awesome product. The price for this many is amazing. The feeling of these balloons are the cheap feeling a lot of balloons have. These are easy to blow up and easy to tie. The color is a lot of fun and my kids ,love them. They seem to pop less easy then other cheaper balloons as well. If you are looking for a good product for a lot of kids that won't pop in two seconds I highly recommend these. They are fun and interesting and good quality. I got these for free for an honest review

The other authors were just as amazing as anna lowe's story. I love shifters and the sexy characters and love that comes in these stories. Amazing and I'm so glad I got to read the ones I have read so far and I will be reading the rest asap.

Review: Perception of Life

Oh man, oh man, oh man. That ending killed me.. It was so horrifyingly awesome yet horrible at the same time. total cliffhanger that I didn't see coming but I loved it. This story did start a little rough but as the story went on the writing got better and better. The story kept my attention and made me wonder what was happening next. I enjoyed the characters..and the way Noah and Emily met was a unique way that made me very happy and I found myself giggling. Through this story you have so many emotions you aren't sure which way to go. Laugh, cry, be mad or happy? It all runs through you and is wonderfully unique in this way of writing. The characters grow on you and make you want to read more and because of the ending you are left needing to know what comes next in the series. I don't know what happens yet but I will be finding the next story if it is out to find out. Very good story and I highly recommend it.

Review: Magic-Borne

oh nooo.. It's over. This was amazing... so much AMAZING! I can't believe it is over it was soo good. When I started this series I was iffy.. Fantasy isn't always a favorite genre for me. It is hit or miss, but this series is a total HIT. The depth in this series is wonderful. The scenery and imagery that is portrayed is also wonderful. I felt as if I was seeing everything through Ian's eyes as it was happening. I felt as if I was feeling everything through him as well. This was action packed and fast moving. The characters were complex and felt things so strongly. I really enjoyed the sex and love parts as well. I don't think I see much sex in fantasy books I've read in the past and this was well done, not erotic. It was very enjoyable. The writing kept me on the edge of my seat. I had to keep going and keep going and stay up late to read. C.L. described the beauty in such a way that it felt as if I was there with them, but also the battles and the bloody. It was so awesome to read and see in my mind as it was happening in the story. I am so glad I gave this series a chance and fell in love with these words and this author. Amazing, so very amazing.

Review: The Alien's Captive

This was a very good book. It was predictable, I knew what was coming next but it was really good. The writing was awesome and I enjoyed the imagery of the planet. I was kind of upset that Gen Bron felt he "needed" a pet because the other guy had one, but I understood why. It is the way of their planet and world. I totally didn't see the doctor's part coming though. I was shocked and I love when I get a good surprise in a story. Phaedra made me laugh. She was so spirited and I'm really glad that she stays spirited and they didn't break her too much through the story. I am very glad that Bron liked her spirit enough to train her himself so that the evil Matron didn't break her too bad. I loved seeing their love through their actions toward each other and their jealousy when others were around them. This was a very alluring, sexy, fun read that I enjoyed a lot.

Review: Magic-Scars

Wow, ok so what can I say about this... this was.. amazing. The writing flowed even better then the first book. The characters were even better. Everything was easier to follow in most places and the depth of the characters was even more amazing. The imagery of the scenes was beautiful. I felt as if I was a part of it and seeing the scenery and people and places with my own eyes. Ian goes through so many problems and trials to become who he needs to be again. I loved that he lost who he was for a while and then he had to refind himself. It added so much to this story to watch him go through so many feelings and ideas and thoughts. He had to work so hard and got through it all to become who he had to be. Ian is amazing and wonderful and such a special person/Shinree. I loved that this book has a bit of everything. It has mystery, sex, intrique, love, happiness, sadness, and so much action. I loved CL's use of magic in this written world.. I loved the feelings and the action. It was all so much fun to read and I cannot wait to see how this all ends in book 3.

Handle for cup

I love this product so much. It comes with a cleaning brush, handle and 2 straws. The straws are so amazing and wonderful. They keep t he drink ice cold as well as the cup. The handle is wonderful. It helps so much with just picking up the cup and going. The 30oz cup is big for your hands and this handle fits perfect on it. The cleaner for the straws is amazing also.. It can be hard to clean inside things like that and I'm so glad this was included in this package. The straws are the perfect size and length. They are also stainless steel and keep everything you drink cold coming through the straw. They dont bend or break which is wonderful. They are long enough to reach the bottom.  If you have any of the stainless steel cups that are 30oz.. I highly recommend this handle because it fits perfect on it and it is well worth the price. I am so glad I got it for a discounted price to review.

whiskey ball ice

I love these balls. They are stainless steel, small and very awesome. You also get a black bag and a small tong type thing to get them out. You get 4 of them in this package along with 2 silicone red balls. These are all amazing. I love trying new things and these are perfect for those people who don't like watered down soda, drink or alcohol. These are the perfect size for most cups/bottles and they are so cute. They stay cold for a very long time and keep your drink cold for even longer. Amazing product and easy to rinse off and put back in the freezer. I am very glad i got these for a discounted price to review. I will recommend them to my friends.

Coloring book for review

This is an amazing coloring book. The inside has good quality of pages, the pictures are so much fun. I am a mom of 5 kids and this book relates to me in so many ways. I enjoy the way it flows and I'm so glad it is one sided so i can use sharpies as well as pencils and pens. It also has easy open for coloring. I haven't colored yet but I do plan to soon. Amazing and I'm so glad I got it for discounted price for review.

Bullet ice

This is one of the coolest "ice cubes" I've seen and owned.  They are stainless steel so you stick them into the neat bag, shove them into the freezer then put them into your glass with alcohol, soda, water whatever you want and they keep your drink cold without the added ice element that a lot of people don't like. The look is awesome. They are actually heavy, I was surprised. I really enjoy how they feel and look. The little case comes with a black bag, 6 bullets and a fun tong like thing to get the bullets into the glass or out of.  It also came with 2 extra red ice balls. Those are silicone and so much fun to play with. They are easy to open and get the ice out of and they are small enough to fit into glasses but big enough to stay around for a while. I am very glad I got these for review at a discounted price and I will recommend them to my friends.

Foster an author

I am so excited to be part of the foster an author fun this year :) I don't know which author I will have but during that week I will be posting as much as I can about that author. For now enjoy my reviews and thoughts while I get this going :D

New author for me

I found a new author the other day. Her name is Sheri Lyn and she writes amazing stories. She doesn't have many out yet but the 3 she does have out are wonderful.

Safe Haven series is wonderful.. It has issues... love...so many horrible things that have happened to them.. so many amazing things are happening and I cannot wait for the next book

I help color for a couple artists and a magazine called Color on.

I got this set of 8 bandana's. They are really interesting. You can wear them all kinds of ways. We do bandana, headband and scrunchy types more then anything, but you can wear it over your mouth also. They are fun, silky, and very stretchy. I really like these and the designs are a lot of fun to wear also. My kids also like them because you can scrunch it small enough to fit their heads as well. I am very pleased with the feel and how well they stay in my hair.
